New Build

Whether you are building your own dream home or building an investment property, we can offer you the full package completing your home from foundation to fittings. Our experience includes the demolition and removal of existing buildings if needed.

We work in conjunction with Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Engineers to build you dream home. Everything from windows to tiles can be supplied so the picture on your plans is brought to life! We have been using the same Electricians, Plumbers and Tilers for the past 15 years to provide a complete service from start to finish.

Referrals are given as standard from the most recent projects completed. Contract cleaners will be brought in at the end of each project so you are not left with any dirty work.


Self Build Support

In addition to providing a full building contractor services, if you wanted to keep your costs down, we are dedicated to providing professional Project Management, Construction and/or Support Services to clients who wish to build, extend or renovate to projects, large or small, throughout the Connacht region.

Whatever your particular needs are we can ensure that your project runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Whether you are at design stage, seeking planning permission, ready to start on site or just seeking advice we can provide you with the necessary help and expertise.

We can work with your sub-contractors (or our own) and ensure the project is planned correctly and scheduled to complete on time and on budget. We provide a Professional service and we are committed to providing Personal Attention to all our clients and dealing with all projects on an Individual and Site Specific basis.
